Born a high house viscount heir, Lucien attempted to relinquish a life of nobility to pursue his passion as a fashion designer. Shortly after establishing his couture business in Ul'dah, a death in the family called him to take on the viscount duties he'd tried to leave behind, but he refused to give up his passions.While he remains based in Ul'dah to focus on his couture work, he makes frequent trips to Ishgard to fulfill his duties with House Dzemael, including involvement in various architectural projects within the city.In what spare time he manages, he can be found prowling various venues with his partners, or relaxing in his home studio with his princely miniature poodle, Ser Chouchou.

Aside the scales, most his manifestations are rather subtle-- increased strength, brightened eyes, fanged teeth. Given his lineage as a member of an Ishgardian high house, one could rather easily surmise these features were brought about by drinking dragon's blood.

Dzemael Viscount

Though he never shared in their ambitions, Lucien's parents raised him with the hopes he might one day usurp the current Count Dzemael. In his youth, he was often paraded around as a "golden child", a handsome and sociable heir proficient in various forms of combat and fine arts. If your character mingled with Ishgardian nobility, there's a good chance you'd have seen him at a variety of social events over the years.More recently, he has taken up his mantle as viscount, completing social duties and taking on the family tradition of architectural work-- though he hasn't exactly seemed thrilled about it.

Noble Mischief

As much as his family might try to sweep things under the rug, the Ishgardian rumor mill is nothing if not relentless. Lucien has built a reputation over the years as a promiscuous troublemaker. They say he's slept with people of various caste and social standing within Ishgard, has frequently criticized traditional ideals, ran away from home a few times, and generally has a history of stirring up trouble for fun.Some say he's matured in recent years, but many remain skeptical.
